2. Gateway FAQ

2.1. Gateway crashes

Q: As soon as the gateway is connected to the Newland IoT cloud platform, it will crash
A: The default IP of the factory gateway is 192.168.2.216, and the corresponding IP, IP gateway, and subnet mask need to be configured according to the customer's network situation, so that the network will not be connected and the phenomenon of fake death will not be caused

2.2. Gateway data collection delay

Q: The delay in reading the value of the wired sensor network or wireless sensor network is serious
A: In the case of ensuring that the WSN and MODBUS devices are successfully connected and can receive the values of these devices normally, go to the system parameters -> Monitoring parameters -> upload time interval to ensure that the value is preferably less than 4 seconds.

Q: The reading value of the wired sensor network or wireless sensor network is seriously delayed; It is not possible to exit the program
during simultaneous reading A: It may be that it is not successfully connected to any device of WSN or MODBUS, or it is connected but the communication is not normal, check whether the communication is normal, just look at whether there is a value of the corresponding sensor on the screen.

3.1. Wireless sensor problem

Q:After the Zigbee board is successfully connected, it cannot read the values such as panid, as shown in the figure:
A: There is still a probability of this kind of situation, but the probability is very low, you can try to set it directly, and then read it after success.

Q: The wireless sensor (WSN sensor) is networked with the gateway, but the group has not been successful
A: The coordinator is currently embedded in the gateway, separated by a layer of plastic shell, if the long-distance networking is not possible, the sensor can be closer to the back of the gateway.
